One day, I came across GenAI People through social media. I scheduled a call with Jerry Kurian and decided to join after an initial discussion with him.
The GenAI Leap program is not like other courses—it is a mentorship program. They guide us step by step to enter the Generative AI field. I started meeting my mentor regularly. He gave me topics to study, and I did self-learning and worked on small projects. After completing each one, I presented it to him, and he gave feedback on how to improve.

I don’t have experience in GenAI, maths or stats. Is this suitable for me?
Yes, this is suitable for you even without experience in GenAI, math, or statistics. Historically, AI work focused heavily on training and building models, which required specialized knowledge. However, with the advent of Large Language Models (LLMs), the focus has shifted to leveraging APIs for AI applications. While knowledge of math and statistics is beneficial, we don’t need to start with that since we’ll be using LLMs for different applications. Our program is designed to help you build practical AI solutions, regardless of your technical background.
Is this a training program?
No, this is not a traditional training program. It’s a personalized mentoring experience focused on building practical skills. You’ll work one-on-one with a dedicated mentor who serves as both your accountability partner and guide, helping you navigate challenges as you develop real-world expertise.
Will there be live classroom training?
No, there will be no live classroom training. You will learn concepts by viewing training content at your own pace. Instead of live classes, you’ll have access to a mentor who serves as your accountability partner, helping you resolve any challenges you face during your learning journey
I don’t have time, will I be able to make the transition?
Yes, you can make the transition despite time constraints. This is a personalized mentoring program that allows you to plan your transition journey at your own pace and timing. However, we do expect a commitment of 10-15 hours per week. If you can carve out this time during your week, you’ll be able to successfully make the transition
Will you be giving me a certificate?
We can provide a certificate if you need one, but our primary focus is on helping you achieve your goals. Rather than emphasizing credentials, we prioritize your actual outcomes and will support you throughout your journey until you reach your desired destination. We will continue to work with you to ensure you get the results you’re looking for
